Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 large oranges (cara cara preferred)
  • Champagne

Instruction

  • If desired, remove some of the zest from your orange and mix with the ice cream. This part is totally optionally as some people don't like the texture.
  • Add your ice cream to a champagne flute. Squeeze your oranges and collect the juice in a measuring cup with a spout. I prefer about a half cup of juice in this drink. Pour the juice over the ice cream. Top with chilled champagne and serve!
