Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 14 chicken drumsticks, (skin on)
  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 cup barbeque sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, (chopped, for garnish (optional))

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray
  • Position the chicken drumsticks on the baking sheet and evenly distribute the salt and pepper over them.
  • Bake the chicken for 20 minutes.
  • In the meantime, stir the marmalade and the barbeque sauce together in a bowl and set aside.
  • Remove the chicken from the oven and spoon the sauce on to the top of each drumstick. Use only half of the sauce.
  • Return the chicken to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
  • Once again, remove the chicken from the oven, spoon the remaining sauce onto the drumsticks and bake for 20 minutes more.
  • Once done, garnish and serve.
