Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 14 chicken drumsticks, (skin on)
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 1 cup barbeque sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley, (chopped, for garnish (optional))
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray
- Position the chicken drumsticks on the baking sheet and evenly distribute the salt and pepper over them.
- Bake the chicken for 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, stir the marmalade and the barbeque sauce together in a bowl and set aside.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and spoon the sauce on to the top of each drumstick. Use only half of the sauce.
- Return the chicken to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Once again, remove the chicken from the oven, spoon the remaining sauce onto the drumsticks and bake for 20 minutes more.
- Once done, garnish and serve.
