Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 2/3 cups to 2 cups of freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 cup 35% heavy cream
  • 2 large pasteurized free-run egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instruction

  • In the jar of a blender, combine all the ingredients and process until smooth, about 30-45 seconds, adding ice cubes one at a time.
