The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 2/3 cups to 2 cups of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 cup 35% heavy cream
- 2 large pasteurized free-run egg yolks
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instruction
- In the jar of a blender, combine all the ingredients and process until smooth, about 30-45 seconds, adding ice cubes one at a time.
