Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice (or store-bought not from concentrate juice. You can also use carrot juice for half of the OJ )
- 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt (can also use low-fat Greek yogurt)
- 15 grams vanilla whey protein powder (or your favorite protein powder (about 1/2 normal scoop))
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
Instruction
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately
