Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- dash pepper
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 pound baby carrots
Instruction
- In a medium sauce pan, melt the butter over medium heat
- Add brown sugar, sea salt, ginger, cinnamon, and pepper, and stir until blended
- Stir in orange juice, and mix until well combined
- Raise heat to medium high, add carrots, and coat well with sauce
- Cover and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until just tender
- Serve immediately
