Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • dash pepper
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 pound baby carrots

Instruction

  • In a medium sauce pan, melt the butter over medium heat
  • Add brown sugar, sea salt, ginger, cinnamon, and pepper, and stir until blended
  • Stir in orange juice, and mix until well combined
  • Raise heat to medium high, add carrots, and coat well with sauce
  • Cover and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until just tender
  • Serve immediately
