Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb large shrimp
- 1 lb fresh asparagus (cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 1-2 Tablespoon coconut oil or olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder or ginger paste
- Juice of 2 fresh oranges
- 2 Tablespoon soy sauce or coconut aminos
Instruction
- Preheat a large skillet and add the oil and garlic.
- Sauté for approx. one minute.
- Add the asparagus and cook until bright green, approx 3 minutes.
- Add the shrimp, ginger, soy sauce or coconut amigos, and fresh orange juice.
- Stir continually until the shrimp are cooked thoroughly.
- Serve over rice
