Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 5-6 oz. Greek vanilla-flavored yogurt (or a non-dairy alternative)
  • 1/4 cup milk, (regular, almond or opt for Vanilla Coffee Creamer)
  • 2 oranges, (peeled, seeded and broken into sections)
  • 1 frozen sliced banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder ((2 Tablespoons))
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange zest

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
