Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 5-6 oz. Greek vanilla-flavored yogurt (or a non-dairy alternative)
- 1/4 cup milk, (regular, almond or opt for Vanilla Coffee Creamer)
- 2 oranges, (peeled, seeded and broken into sections)
- 1 frozen sliced banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder ((2 Tablespoons))
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
