Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 1/2 C flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 C unsalted sweet cream butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 C granulated sugar
  • 1/2 C light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tbsp orange zest
  • 2 C white chocolate chips plus 1/2 C of white chocolate chips to melt later

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Using a standing mixer, cream together the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Mix in the egg, vanilla, orange juice and orange zest and mix until combined.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt
  • Gradually mix in the dry ingredients into the wet
  • Once the dough has formed and everything has been mixed, mix in the 2 cup of white chocolate chips.
  • Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop some batter onto the cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden brown
  • Let cool for a few minutes
  • Place cookies onto another cookie sheet or wire rack and finish baking the rest of the dough
  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt the 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips
  • Scoop melted chocolate into the piping bag
  • Cut the tip off the piping bag and drizzle the chocolate over the cookies
  • Let chocolate completely harden before enjoying!
