Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup unsalted butter (at room temp)
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
- 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces Wilton Orange Creme Candy Melts (chopped)
- 5 ounces white chocolate chips
- 1 cup blanched slivered almonds (chopped)
- 1 jar Wilton Rainbow Mix decorative cookie sprinkles
- 1 bottle Wilton orange cookie icing
- 1 bottle Wilton white cookie icing
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cream butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy; beat in the eggs, vanilla and orange extracts.
- Mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt; add gradually to the butter mixture.
- Fold in the chopped candy melts, white chocolate chips, and chopped almonds.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased or parchment lined baking sheets.
- Bake at 350° for 12-14 minutes.
- Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheets.
- When cookies are completely cool, microwave cookie icings as directed to soften to a drizzling consistency.
- Drizzle cookies and top with sprinkles while wet.
- Allow cookies to set up and dry for 45 minutes to an hour before storing.
