Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 12 oz fresh whole cranberries, (picked over)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup orange flavored liqueur ((such as Cointreau))
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt

Instruction

  • Place all the ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Simmer until most of the cranberries have popped, 5 10 mins.
  • Cool to room temperature or chill before serving. The cranberry sauce will thicken as it cools.
