- 2 oranges, (peeled and cut into segments)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- celtic sea salt to taste
Instruction
- Place arugula and oranges in a large salad bowl
- Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, then sprinkle with salt
- Toss and serve
