  • 4 cups arugula
  • 2 oranges, (peeled and cut into segments)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • celtic sea salt to taste

Instruction

  • Place arugula and oranges in a large salad bowl
  • Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, then sprinkle with salt
  • Toss and serve
