Ingredients
The following ingredients have 20 Servings
- 4 ounces Cream cheese
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Stevia In The Raw
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Parsley flakes
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Instruction
- Beat cream cheese with mixer until blended smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix until uniform. Put parchment paper on microwave safe plate. Spread thin layer of mixture on parchment paper to make an 8"-10" tortilla. Microwave for 1 1/2 minute (depending on your microwave). Remove and let cool. Using spatula or butter knife, remove from parchment paper. Repeat until mixture is used up. Lightly toast each tortilla in a dry pan over medium heat. Yield: approximately 20 tortillas
