Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (solid at room temperature)
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg (room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray an oven-safe skillet with non-stick spray. An iron fry pan works great for this recipe!
- On low speed, use an electric mixer to combine the oil and sugar together until fluffy in a mixing bowl. Add the egg and vanilla and mix on low speed until just combined and smooth. Mix in the soda, salt, and flour until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Press the dough into the oven-safe pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or just until the cookie begins to brown. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
