The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 oz onion soup mix
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instruction
- Chop potatoes into large bite sized pieces.
- Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- Spread potatoes on cookie sheet in a single layer.
- Drizzle olive oil over potatoes and sprinkle onion soup mix packet over potatoes.
- Stir to coat.
- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes, stir.
- Bake for another 15 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
