Ingredients
The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 2 ½ tbsp Oil, (add more if needed)
- 4 Curry Leaves
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 large Onions (thinly sliced, about 3 cups )
- 3 Green Chilies slit vertically and cut into half (adjust to taste)
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 1 ½ tsp Chili Powder (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
- 6 Eggs, boiled and peeled
- 1 ½ tsp Roasted Sesame Seeds, (powdered (opt))
- 1 tsp Dry Coconut Powder (opt, I didn’t use it)
- Cilantro to garnish
