Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 2 ½ tbsp Oil, (add more if needed)
  • 4 Curry Leaves
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 large Onions (thinly sliced, about 3 cups )
  • 3 Green Chilies slit vertically and cut into half (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 ½ tsp Chili Powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
  • 6 Eggs, boiled and peeled
  • 1 ½ tsp Roasted Sesame Seeds, (powdered (opt))
  • 1 tsp Dry Coconut Powder (opt, I didn’t use it)
  • Cilantro to garnish
