The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 3/4 cup sour cream (do not use no-fat sour cream)
- 3 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 2 tablespoons instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons sucanat or regular granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill seed
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- extra virgin olive oil
- coarse sea salt flakes (I prefer Maldon)
