Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 pounds of Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 tbsp McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak seasoning
  • 1/2 cup diced grilled White Onion {approx. 1 large white onion (finely diced then grilled in cooking oil})
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 cup crushed Olive Garden Seasoned Croutons (Garlic & Romano)
  • 1 Egg (lightly beaten)
  • 8 Frozen Onion Rings (baked)
  • 8 Hamburger Buns

Instruction

  • Mix your egg, steak seasoning, grilled onions, onion powder and crushed croutons in a large bowl.
  • Add your lean ground beef to bowl and mix with your fingers.
  • Form mixture into 8 balls, smashing into patties with Hamburger Press.
  • Carefully stack burgers with Wax Paper separating patties, and place burgers in fridge to marinate for a few hours or overnight.
  • To make Freezer-Friendly, simply transfer burger patties to a Freezer Ziploc bag, and place in Freezer, standing up. Thaw before serving.
  • Grill your burgers for 5 minutes on each side at 350 – 400 degrees, or until done.
  • Melt cheese onto burgers.
  • Add some butter to the inside of buns, and grill them just until a little toasty.
  • Build your burgers… bun, burger, onion rings, Ranch Dressing or Ketchup, and optional lettuce and tomato. ENJOY!!
