Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 16 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 Onion Soup Mix
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup green onion (finely sliced)
- 1/2 cup almond slivers
Instruction
- Mix the cream cheese and onion soup mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the shredded cheese and green onions.
- Shape into a ball with a silicone spatual, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Place the almonds in a separate bowl.
- Carefully pour the cheeseball into the almonds. Gently turn and roll the cheeseball until the entire ball is covered.
- Reshape into a ball using your hands if needed.
- Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
