Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 Onion Soup Mix
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup green onion (finely sliced)
  • 1/2 cup almond slivers

Instruction

  • Mix the cream cheese and onion soup mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in the shredded cheese and green onions.
  • Shape into a ball with a silicone spatual, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Place the almonds in a separate bowl.
  • Carefully pour the cheeseball into the almonds. Gently turn and roll the cheeseball until the entire ball is covered.
  • Reshape into a ball using your hands if needed.
  • Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
