  • The juice of 1/2 lime
  • 2 cups (500 ml) thinly sliced onions
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) finely chopped ginger
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) chickpea flour (see note)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground turmeric
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons (7.5 ml) ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground coriander
