Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lbs turkey breast
- 4 potatoes
- 1 large zucchini
- 1 large bell pepper
- 2 small onions (cut julienne)
- 5 large mushrooms
- 2 green onions
- vegetable oil to drizzle
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds or coriander
- few sprigs fresh thyme
Instruction
- Pre heat oven to 400 F
- Line a sheet pan with baking paper
- Slice and dice turkey breast and add to the pan
- Dice potatoes and add to the pan
- Add sliced bell peppers, onions cut julienne, sliced zucchini, sliced mushrooms and diced green onions
- Drizzle some oil, add salt, pepper and mustard seeds.
- Mix well then add thyme.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the turkey gets golden.
- Serve with yogurt garlic sauce.
