Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb. ground beef
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic (, minced)
- 2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 ¼ cups water
- 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti (, broken in half)
- grated Parmesan cheese (, serving suggestion)
Instruction
- Heat a large non-stick skillet with deep sides over medium-high heat.
- Cook ground beef, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, kosher salt and pepper until beef is browned, stirring occasionally.
- Add crushed tomatoes, beef broth, water and spaghetti and bring to a boil.
- Boil 10 minutes or until spaghetti is cooked to al dente.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
