Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic (, minced)
  • 2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 ¼ cups water
  • 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti (, broken in half)
  • grated Parmesan cheese (, serving suggestion)

Instruction

  • Heat a large non-stick skillet with deep sides over medium-high heat.
  • Cook ground beef, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, kosher salt and pepper until beef is browned, stirring occasionally.
  • Add crushed tomatoes, beef broth, water and spaghetti and bring to a boil.
  • Boil 10 minutes or until spaghetti is cooked to al dente.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
