Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 ounces cavatappi pasta ((corkscrew-shaped))
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes with basil and oregano
  • 1 jar (14 ounces) pizza sauce
  • 4 ounces ready to eat pepperoni slices (, about 1 cup, quartered)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instruction

  • In large skillet with tall sides, preferably non-stick, combine pasta, water, diced tomatoes with their juices, pizza sauce and pepperoni.
  • Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Boil 12-14 minutes or until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese.
