Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb ground turkey or beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 3 cup beef or chicken broth
  • 1 15oz container of salsa
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 8 oz rotini pasta (uncooked)
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instruction

  • Start by browning your ground beef or turkey over medium high heat in a large skillet
  • Once cooked, drain grease and return meat to skillet
  • Add to the skillet the taco seasoning, broth, salsa, seasonings and uncooked pasta.  Stir to combine
  • Cover and bring to a boil. Stir occasionally and allow to cook for approximately 10 - 12 minutes or until your pasta is cooked al dente
  • Remove cover and add in cream cheese. Stir until cheese has melted and then add in the shredded cheddar cheese.  Continue stirring until it is melted and well incorporated
  • Serve immediately :)
