Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 small cooked chicken breasts, chopped
- 1/2 lb chopped uncooked bacon
- 1 lb bowtie shaped pasta
- 6 oz crumbled feta, plus extra for topping
- 2 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 5 1/2 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 roma tomatoes, chopped
Instruction
- In a medium pot, cook the bacon till crisp. Remove from pot and drain the fat.
- Add remaining ingredients besides the tomatoes.
- Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover. Cook for 15 minutes.
- Remove cover, stir the pasta and gently stir in the bacon and tomatoes.
- Plate and top with additional feta, if desired.
