Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 14 oz cans chicken stock
- 1 pint heavy cream or whole milk
- 1 pound angel hair pasta (not cooked)
- kosher salt, pepper
- 4 oz fresh shredded parmesan
- 3/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
Instruction
- Set a large pot over medium heat and add the butter. Once the butter melts add the garlic and cook 1 minute.
- Add the chicken stock, heavy cream or milk, angel hair pasta, kosher salt, and pepper. Bring this to a boil, then reduce the heat to low for 8 minutes. Stir it a few times throughout.Note: The pasta will soften after a minute, push it down into the liquid as it softens.
- Add the parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley (save some for garnish if desired) and stir until evenly mixed.
