Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 3 lbs whole chicken (broken down into pieces)
  • 1 lb potatoes
  • 4 large carrots
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Parley Salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instruction

  • Cut all the vegetables into medium-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, season the chicken with garlic parsley salt.
  • Add the carrots, potatoes, and onions into a separate large bowl and drizzle them with oil. Toss the ingredients together until everything is well-coated.
  • Spread the veggies and chicken in a single layer across a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 400°F for 60 minutes or until chicken's internal temperature reaches 165°F.
