Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 3 lbs whole chicken (broken down into pieces)
- 1 lb potatoes
- 4 large carrots
- 1 large yellow onion
- 1 tbsp Garlic Parley Salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instruction
- Cut all the vegetables into medium-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, season the chicken with garlic parsley salt.
- Add the carrots, potatoes, and onions into a separate large bowl and drizzle them with oil. Toss the ingredients together until everything is well-coated.
- Spread the veggies and chicken in a single layer across a baking sheet.
- Bake at 400°F for 60 minutes or until chicken's internal temperature reaches 165°F.
