Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 3 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken
  • 1 package (0.85 oz) Old El Paso™ chicken taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ black beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic fire roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 8 oz VELVEETA™ Original Cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend (4 oz)

Instruction

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, mix chicken, taco seasoning mix, black beans, green chiles, tomatoes and cheese cubes. Spread in baking dish.
  • Cover; bake 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly and heated through. Uncover; top with shredded cheese. Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
