Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 ½ cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 4 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (½ stick)
- 4 teaspoons flour
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Combine all ingredients except cheese in an oven proof casserole dish. Cover, and bake 50 minutes, stirring twice during baking.
- Carefully remove from the oven, and stir in cheese until melted.
