Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 ½ cups vegetable broth
  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 4 tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (½ stick)
  • 4 teaspoons flour
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Combine all ingredients except cheese in an oven proof casserole dish. Cover, and bake 50 minutes, stirring twice during baking.
  • Carefully remove from the oven, and stir in cheese until melted.
