Ingredients

The following ingredients have 25 Servings
  • 2 cups mixed fruit
  • 1 10 oz bag dark bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey

Instruction

  • Line a 9 x 9 inch baking pan with wax paper or lightly greased parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Place chocolate and coconut oil into glass bowl and melt in microwave for 30 seconds, remove stir and cook an additional 30 seconds. Continue this until chocolate is easily stirred and smooth.
  • Add honey and stir to blend evenly.
  • Pour into prepared pan smoothing so that chocolate is evenly spread out.
  • Gently sprinkle nut and fruit mix over chocolate. You can use your fingers to gently push the mix into the chocolate if necessary.
  • Place pan into the freezer for 15 minutes or the refrigerator for 2 or more hours to set.
  • Once set cut into squares and enjoy. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
