Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 and 1/2 cups Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Butter (Melted)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instruction
- Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Add milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract and mix just until combined.
- Heat a non stick griddle over medium high heat and brush it with butter.
- Pour a ladle full of batter on the hot griddle.
- Cook the pancake on medium low heat until bubbles starts to form on the top surface and the pancake starts to brown from the sides.
- Flip and cook until the other side is also golden brown.
- Make other pancakes the same manner.
- Serve hot with your choice of topping.
