Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 and 1/2 cups Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Butter (Melted)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instruction

  • Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  • Add sugar and mix well.
  • Add milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract and mix just until combined.
  • Heat a non stick griddle over medium high heat and brush it with butter.
  • Pour a ladle full of batter on the hot griddle.
  • Cook the pancake on medium low heat until bubbles starts to form on the top surface and the pancake starts to brown from the sides.
  • Flip and cook until the other side is also golden brown.
  • Make other pancakes the same manner.
  • Serve hot with your choice of topping.
