Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken (cubed)
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 4 cups water
- 10.5 oz Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 4 ribs celery (chopped)
- 3 green onions (chopped)
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 8 oz sliced baby portabella mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic
- 1 cup long grain long cooking rice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instruction
- Put all of your ingredients in a 6-quart crock pot and stir until well combined
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally (it is done when your rice is done and your chicken has reached safe internal temperature)
