Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken (cubed)
  • 32 oz chicken broth
  • 4 cups water
  • 10.5 oz Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 ribs celery (chopped)
  • 3 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 8 oz sliced baby portabella mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon dried garlic
  • 1 cup long grain long cooking rice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Put all of your ingredients in a 6-quart crock pot and stir until well combined
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally (it is done when your rice is done and your chicken has reached safe internal temperature)
