The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 6 chicken drumsticks with skin
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning or favorite chicken seasoning
Instruction
- Heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. If you have one that fits, lay an oven-safe rack inside the baking sheet, this helps the chicken skin become crispy– see note below—spray the rack with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pat the chicken drumsticks dry, and then rub with the butter and Old Bay seasoning. Place the chicken onto the rack/baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, turn the drumsticks and then bake 5 to 10 minutes more or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chicken reads 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
