Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (gluten-free, if necessary)
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (Optional)
  • 1-2 tablespoon chia seeds (Can sub for ground flax)
  • 1-2 tablespoon peanut butter (or any nut or seed butter)
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond milk)

Instruction

  • Add all your ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until desired consistency. If too thick, add more milk.
  • Transfer to a glass and enjoy.
