Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (gluten-free, if necessary)
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1-2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (Optional)
- 1-2 tablespoon chia seeds (Can sub for ground flax)
- 1-2 tablespoon peanut butter (or any nut or seed butter)
- 3/4 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond milk)
Instruction
- Add all your ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until desired consistency. If too thick, add more milk.
- Transfer to a glass and enjoy.
