Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup oat flour 
  • 3-5 scoops collagen
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or water)
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350F. 
  • Combine all ingredients except collagen in a large bowl.  Add 3 scoops of collagen and mix well.  If the mix seems watery, let sit for 5 minutes to let the oats absorb some of the liquid.  After 5 minutes if it is still too liquidity add 1 scoop of collagen at a time until a cookie dough forms.  
  • Use a cookie scoop to add to a parchment paper lined baking tray.  Bake for 10-12 minutes, they will seem underbaked but that is okay.  Let them sit on the tray outside the oven for 3-4 minutes then finish cooling on a wire rack.  
  • If you accidently overbake your cookies, that's okay! One batch I totally over -baked, but if you heat them for 10 seconds in the microwave they are as good ad new!
