Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup oat flour
- 3-5 scoops collagen
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or water)
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Combine all ingredients except collagen in a large bowl. Add 3 scoops of collagen and mix well. If the mix seems watery, let sit for 5 minutes to let the oats absorb some of the liquid. After 5 minutes if it is still too liquidity add 1 scoop of collagen at a time until a cookie dough forms.
- Use a cookie scoop to add to a parchment paper lined baking tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes, they will seem underbaked but that is okay. Let them sit on the tray outside the oven for 3-4 minutes then finish cooling on a wire rack.
- If you accidently overbake your cookies, that's okay! One batch I totally over -baked, but if you heat them for 10 seconds in the microwave they are as good ad new!
