The following ingredients have 84 Servings
- 7 eggs
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar (firmly packed)
- 3 ½ cups white sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ½ cups margarine (softened to room temp)
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 1 ½ teaspoon corn syrup (or golden syrup)
- 4 teaspoons baking soda
- 4 cups flour
- 5 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 cups Smarties
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C. Prepare baking sheets by spraying with non-stick spray or line with baking paper.
- Using a mixer, combine eggs, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla, margarine, peanut butter, corn syrup until whipped evenly.
- Slowly add the baking soda and flour, mixing with a wooden spoon. Mix in the oats.
- Add the chocolate chips and Smarties mix throughout.
- Using an ice-cream scoop, drop a scoop onto the cookie sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
- Allow cookies to set for 5 minutes before removing them onto a cooling rack.
