Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2/3 cup butter (softened)
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2/3 cup white chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, vanilla extract and brown sugar together until fluffy
  • Beat in eggs
  • Add oats, and mix well
  • Stir in the flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon
  • Add the walnuts, cranberries and white chocolate chips, and mix until combined
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a non-greased cookie sheets
  • Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or lightly brown
