Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2/3 cup butter (softened)
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2/3 cup white chocolate chips
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, vanilla extract and brown sugar together until fluffy
- Beat in eggs
- Add oats, and mix well
- Stir in the flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon
- Add the walnuts, cranberries and white chocolate chips, and mix until combined
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a non-greased cookie sheets
- Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or lightly brown
