Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/4 c . unsalted butter ((2 1/2 sticks))
- 3/4 c . firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c . granulated sugar
- 1 egg - room temp
- 1 tsp . vanilla
- 1 1/2 c . flour
- 1 tsp . baking soda
- 1 tsp . salt
- 1 tsp . cinnamon
- 3 c . oats (, uncooked)
Instruction
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Beat together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and add to butter mixture, mixing well.
- Stir in the oats.
- Press dough into the bottom of a 9x13 ungreased baking pan, making sure to press firmly.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Cool completely in pan on a wire wrack.
- Cut into squares.
