Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup old fashioned gluten free oats
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • cinnamon- (optional)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In small saucepan heat almond butter and coconut oil over low heat until creamy and combined.
  • Meanwhile in large mixing bowl add maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract and whisk together.
  • Then add almond butter coconut oil mixture to bowl and whisk again.
  • Stir in oats and combine again.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Using cookie scoop place equal portions on baking sheet and bake in preheated oven 12-15 minutes.
  • optional: sprinkle top of cookies with cinnamon before placing in the oven.
