Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 medium sized ripe banana (peeled)
- 1/2 cup non-fat plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (I used Stonyfield vanilla)
- 2 Tablespoons almond meal or 6 whole almonds
- 1/3 liquid cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or water)
- 2-3 ice cubes
Instruction
- Place all ingredients into the bowl of a high speed blender.
- Put lid onto the bowl and blend at high speed until all ingredients are well blended and creamy.
- For a thinner consistency, add more almond milk or water, 1 tablespoon at a time. For a thicker consistency, add more ice cubes, one at a time.
