Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 medium sized ripe banana (peeled)
  • 1/2 cup non-fat plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (I used Stonyfield vanilla)
  • 2 Tablespoons almond meal or 6 whole almonds
  • 1/3 liquid cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or water)
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients into the bowl of a high speed blender.
  • Put lid onto the bowl and blend at high speed until all ingredients are well blended and creamy.
  • For a thinner consistency, add more almond milk or water, 1 tablespoon at a time. For a thicker consistency, add more ice cubes, one at a time.
