Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 tbs honey (if needed)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instruction

  • Place the walnuts and milk in a high powered blender. Process until the nuts disappear into the milk. You don’t want little bits of walnuts in your smoothie.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth. Add honey if needed. 
  • Divide the smoothie into 2 glasses and serve.
