Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 canned tuna (drained and fluffed)
- 1/2 avocado (pitted)
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted almonds (or other roasted nuts)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp pickled jalapeno (chopped (optional))
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/8 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
- 1/3 cup Japanese panko breadcrumbs
Instruction
- Line the fryer basket with a grill mat or a sheet of lightly greased aluminum foil.
- In a large bowl, combine half of the panko breadcrumbs with the rest of the ingredients.
- Take about 1 tablespoonful of the mixture and shape them into balls.
- Roll the balls in the remaining panko breadcrumb and place them inside the fryer basket.
- Air fry at 380F (190C) for 7-8 minutes, flip once in the middle until the breadcrumbs look crisp and golden brown.
