Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 1/2 Cups Nutella
  • 1 Cup semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 12 Tablespoons unsalted Butter ((1½ sticks))
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 tb hazelnut coffee creamer
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instruction

  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper
  • Using an ice cream scoop, place 1 tablespoon mounds on the parchment paper
  • Freeze for 2-3 hours or until completely frozen
  • Preheat Oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Line an 8x8" square pan with parchment paper
  • Spray nonstick spray on the bottom and at the sides of the pan
  • In a pan over medium - low heat, add the butter and chocolate chips. Stir gently until the mixture melts completely. Be careful not to burn the chocolate
  • Remove chocolate from pan and pour it in a bowl to cool for 5 minutes. Add the sugar and mix
  • Add the eggs one by one and whisk vigorously
  • Add the vanilla, coffee creamer, pinch of salt and baking powder. Whisk
  • Slowly add the flour and mix until completely combined
  • Pour HALF of this batter onto the 8x8" pan
  • Place mounds of Nutella spread out over the batter
  • Finish off with the rest of the brownie batter
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with a few chunks
  • Remove from oven and cool on a rack
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting
  • Cut them up into squares and enjoy!
