Ingredients

The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup Nutella
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.Add butter and both sugars to a stand mixer with the paddle attachment. Cream for 4 minutes until mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Add in Nutella and mix for another minute or until combined.Add in egg. Mix to combine.
  • Combine baking soda and flour in a separate bowl.
  • In two parts add the dry ingredients on low mixing in between each addition.Fold in the chocolate chips by hand using a rubber spatula.
  • Scoop 1 tablespoon sized cookies on to the prepared baking sheets.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies look set. I always like to under bake my cookies to keep them soft and chewy!Allow to cool on a wire wrack for a couple of minutes. Enjoy!
