Ingredients

The following ingredients have 9 Servings
  • 1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 cup(s) Nutella spread
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 1 stick(s) unsalted butter, melted and brought to room temperature

Instruction

  • Preheat your oven to 325. Prepare a 9-inch square pan by lining it with parchment paper and spraying it with non-stick spray.
  • In a small bowl, sift flour and salt together. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, add Nutella, eggs, brown sugar and vanilla.
  • Mix on low speed until well incorporated and creamy... about 2 minutes or so.
  • Add half the flour mixture and combine.
  • Then half the melted butter and combine.
  • Once mixed, add the remaining flour and butter and blend together.
  • Spread in a pan and bake for 35-20 minutes. I started to check mine at about 25 minutes. You want the center to be just set if you like them fudgy like I do.
  • In the batch pictured, I added peanut butter chips.
