Ingredients
The following ingredients have 9 Servings
- 1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 cup(s) Nutella spread
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 1 stick(s) unsalted butter, melted and brought to room temperature
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 325. Prepare a 9-inch square pan by lining it with parchment paper and spraying it with non-stick spray.
- In a small bowl, sift flour and salt together. Set aside.
- In another bowl, add Nutella, eggs, brown sugar and vanilla.
- Mix on low speed until well incorporated and creamy... about 2 minutes or so.
- Add half the flour mixture and combine.
- Then half the melted butter and combine.
- Once mixed, add the remaining flour and butter and blend together.
- Spread in a pan and bake for 35-20 minutes. I started to check mine at about 25 minutes. You want the center to be just set if you like them fudgy like I do.
- In the batch pictured, I added peanut butter chips.
