Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 500g loaf sliced brioche
- 200g Nutella
- 4 eggs
- 300ml cream
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 180C. Grease a medium-size oven-proof baking dish.
- Cut brioche slices in half diagonally and stack vertically in baking dish. Drizzle most of the Nutella onto the brioche, making sure it gets down in between the slices.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, milk, vanilla and sugar. Pour over brioche, ensuring it is completely soaked in the egg mixture.
- Bake for 35 minutes. While it is still warm, drizzle over remaining Nutella. Slice into squares and serve with cream or vanilla ice-cream.
