Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 6 medium-size ripe bananas (mashed (see notes if your bananas are not ripe))
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 1/2 cups gluten free flour (or all-purpose flour. For gluten free, I used Bob's Red Mill 1-to-1 blend)
- 1 Tablespoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 13 ounces Nutella ( or other chocolate hazelnut spread)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy cream
