Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 5 large eggs
  • ½ cup coconut oil, melted
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup frozen cranberries

Instruction

  • Pulse together coconut flour, salt, and baking soda in a food processor
  • Pulse in eggs, coconut oil, and maple syrup
  • Remove blade from food processor, and stir in cranberries
  • Pour batter into (2) greased mini loaf pans
  • Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes
  • Cool and serve
