Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 slices of bread (edges trimmed ~ The bread ends can be made into Croutons Sticks.)
- 2 eggs (scrambled)
- 1 Persian cucumber cut lengthwise into thin strips
- 1-2 slices of ham cut into 4 equal portions
- 1-2 Tablespoon of mayo (I used Japanese style Mayo)
- 2 Nori (seaweed sheets, cut in half)
Instruction
- Use the rolling pin to flatten the bread. Place (half sheet) Nori on the bread, covering about 1/3 of the bread.
- Place a square piece of egg on the bread and smear some mayo over the egg. Then, put on the ham and cucumber strips and roll it up from the bread end (vs the nori end). A the end of the roll, smear a small amount of mayo on the edge of the seaweed (as glue) so the seaweed could stick onto itself.
- Air fry at 400F (200C) for 2 minutes to crisp up the Nori.
