Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 ozs Glass noodles
- 7 ozs Mung bean sprouts
- 1 small red Bell pepper (about 150 grams)
- 0.5 bunch Chives
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tsps Sesame seeds
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsps soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil (eg, peanut oil)
- 4 ozs Ground sirloin
- salt
- peppers
Instruction
- Put glass noodles in a bowl and pour in 300 ml (approximately 1 1/4 cup) of boiling water. Steep 1 minute, then pour into a strainer and rinse with cold water. Drain well.
- Rinse sprouts in hot water and drain well.
- Cut bell pepper into quarters, remove seeds, rinse and cut into thin strips.
- Rinse chives, shake dry and cut into rolls. Peel the garlic and chop into small pieces.
- Toast sesame seeds lightly in a large non-stick pan, place on a small plate and let cool.
- Beat the eggs in a small bowl and whisk with 1 teaspoon soy sauce.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet and pour in the eggs. Fry like a pancake over medium heat until golden brown, about 2 minutes each side.
- Remove the pancake and let cool 2-3 minutes. Then roll up tightly and cut into thin strips.
- Heat the remaining oil in the pan and brown the sirloin over high heat for about 3 minutes.
- Add bell peppers, sprouts, garlic and glass noodles. Season with salt and pepper and fry over high heat for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Add chives and egg strips and fold into noodles. Season with the remaining soy sauce to taste, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
